No handholding needed. We’re here to make your visibility effortless.
We are former journalists turned PR partners to ambitious teams in law, design, leadership, and professional services that are ready to work with a strategic, plugged-in team.
PR is more than making headlines. Work with a team committed to understanding how and why clients buy your services and how your competitors are earning media coverage so you can stand out in a crowded market.
Rooted in relationship. Driven by results.

Our team specializes in helping service-driven businesses build visibility, credibility, and momentum through thoughtful, strategic communications.

We believe PR works best when it’s rooted in relationship: with our clients, with journalists, and with the communities you serve.

We immerse ourselves in your world—learning the language of your industry, your goals, and what sets you apart—so your story lands with the people who matter most.

We’re not here to chase headlines. We’re here to build reputations, open doors, and help you become known for what you do best.
Founding Partner
Caitlin Copple
Caitlin helps underrecognized leaders be seen and sought after so they can reclaim their power and rewrite the human story. With media placements in Fast Company, TechCrunch, The New York Times, and many more, Caitlin’s tenacity and connections always exceed expectations. Caitlin’s work has elevated the stories of female founders, sold books, won groundbreaking elections, passed legislation in multiple states, and ousted a lawmaker accused of sexual assault.
In 2012, Caitlin became the first openly-queer person elected to the Missoula City Council. She ran because the incumbent voted against the city’s LGBTQ-inclusive non-discrimination ordinance, and Caitlin couldn’t sit by and let that happen in her community.
This story is central to how Caitlin operates: she advocates against harmful policies and commits to changing them. She’s not afraid to be the ‘first’ or the ‘only,’ and her commitment to being her authentic self and helping others share their authentic stories is something she brings to every person she works with.

managing partner
Holly Conti
Holly is the co-owner of Full Swing PR, where she creates PR and digital platforms for those historically left out of the conversation: women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ leaders. Since joining Full Swing in 2020, the agency has more than tripled its revenue, and she became part-owner in 2021.
Holly believes that ethical marketing starts with respect for the consumer. She brings a campaigner’s tenacity paired with a strategic mind to each project, focusing on maximizing impact for her clients.
To that end, Full Swing is not about helping people get famous. We work with people who want their PR to help them grow their business and make the impact they dream of in the world. To do that, Holly helps ensure her clients have the right pieces in place to capture the attention they get from PR and turn those eyeballs into customers.

senior publicist
Lindsay Lodis
Lindsay met the Full Swing squad in 2020 and watched from afar as the agency grew in personnel and impact. In 2023, she jumped at the chance to join the team as a senior publicist and helps bring leaders who have been unfairly relegated to the nosebleed sections of their industries onto the brightly lit stages where they belong.
Lindsay grew up in Colorado and received her undergraduate degree from Colorado State University where she was a DJ on the college radio station and studied protected area management. Upon graduation, Lindsay played park ranger in a variety of seasonal positions that took her from the Oregon Coast (tidepool ranger!) to Yosemite’s Tuolumne Meadows (wilderness ranger!) to the Peruvian rainforest (resident naturalist in an eco-tourism lodge!).
Ultimately, Lindsay landed at the University of Maine where she earned an M.S. in Forest Resources and an M.A. in Communications. She successfully combined those academic interests as a communications manager at the University of Idaho’s Rangeland Center, then plunged into the wild world of healthcare as the marketing and communications manager for Idaho WWAMI Medical Education.

client system manager
Kana Miakilani
Kana joined Full Swing in early 2022 as an intern, and we knew we couldn’t let her go. In the last few years, Kana has increased project efficiency, taken on multi-faceted planning, and helped train team members, subsequently stepping into a senior project manager role in 2024.
Blending her experience in public relations with a natural affinity for organizing (she’s a Virgo, after all), Kana turns clients’ goals into action, and no client priority has ever been sidestepped with her at the helm.
She’s a whiz at tracking, balancing, and managing team and client deliverables, presenting easily digestible KPI analytics, and fostering meaningful relationships with our clients’ executive teams. Kana was recognized as a gold-level Bulldog PR Up & Comer in 2023 for her achievements.

Anti-racism policy.
At Full Swing, we are committed to being an anti-racist company—one that actively challenges systemic inequity within our industry, our workplace, and our relationships. We believe this work requires ongoing learning, accountability, and action. That includes investing in the education of our team, especially white employees; donating to BIPOC- and queer-led organizations; and prioritizing partnerships and hiring practices that reflect our values. We continue to work with DEI consultants to deepen our impact and remain open to feedback as we grow. This is not about optics, it’s about doing the work, standing in solidarity, and showing up differently every day.
