In 2021, founding partner Caitlin Copple Masingill was honored among the Idaho Business Review’s Women of the Year. Caitlin award followed her company’s PR support for a teen survivor of sexual assault who had served as a legislative intern led to the resignation of the now-convicted rapist, former Idaho Rep. Aaron Von Ehlinger. Caitlin also led communications in the runoff campaign that led to the 2019 election of Boise Mayor Lauren McLean, the first female mayor elected in Idaho’s largest city.
