WANT AN AGENCY THAT HUSTLES LIKE A MOTHER?
Meet our team of
Mother Hustlers
Full Swing PR was founded in 2019 by Caitlin Copple and is now co-owned by Caitlin and her “work wife,” Holly Conti.
We focus daily on being anti-mean girls.
Caitlin Copple
Founding Partner + Head of PR (she/they)
Caitlin helps underrepresented leaders be seen and sought after so they can reclaim their power and rewrite the human story. With media placements in Fast Company, TechCrunch, The New York Times, and many more, Caitlin’s tenacity and connections always exceed expectations. Caitlin’s work has elevated the stories of female founders, sold books, won groundbreaking elections, passed legislation in multiple states, and ousted a lawmaker accused of sexual assault.
In 2012, Caitlin became the first openly-queer person elected to the Missoula City Council. She ran because the incumbent voted against the city’s LGBTQ-inclusive non-discrimination ordinance, and Caitlin couldn’t sit by and let that happen in her community.
This story is central to how Caitlin operates: she advocates against harmful policies and commits to changing them. She’s not afraid to be the ‘first’ or the ‘only,’ and her commitment to being her authentic self and helping others share their authentic stories is something she brings to every person she works with.
In 2019, Caitlin was named to Idaho Business Review’s Accomplished Under 40, and in 2021, she was honored among the publication’s Idaho Women of the Year. A sought-after public speaker, Caitlin has delivered workshops at Alt Summit, Boise State University’s Andrus Center for Public Policy’s Women and Leadership Conference, Philanthropy Northwest’s Philanthropy Institute, Women’s Startup Lab, and NEW Leadership Idaho. She holds an M.A. in journalism from the University of Montana. Caitlin co-founded Boise Women Who Get Shit Done in 2017. An avid skier and bad golfer, Caitlin loves exploring the outdoors, especially with her young son, Tollie.

Holly Conti
Partner + Head of Digital Marketing (she/her)
Holly is the co-owner of Full Swing PR, where she creates PR and digital platforms for those historically left out of the conversation: women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ leaders. Since joining Full Swing in 2020, the agency has more than tripled its revenue, and she became part-owner in 2021.
Holly believes that ethical marketing starts with respect for the consumer. She brings a campaigner’s tenacity paired with a strategic mind to each project, focusing on maximizing impact for her clients.
To that end, Full Swing is not about helping people get famous. We work with people who want their PR to help them grow their business and make the impact they dream of in the world. To do that, Holly helps ensure her clients have the right pieces in place to capture the attention they get from PR and turn those eyeballs into customers.
In her nearly three years with Full Swing, Holly has helped clients increase their email lists from 2k to 20k, more than triple the sales of their online courses in under six months, grow their social media followings by 10k, 20k, and 50k, plan and execute paid ad strategies of over $300k, and have five- and six-figure launches in under two weeks. What really lights her up is leading her team of intentional women focused on learning, growth, and elevating one another.
Holly brings over a decade of experience managing brand platforms in digital, television, and print media. She has led strategy and implementation for multiple six-figure e-courses and digital product launches. A former account executive at a social impact marketing agency, Holly’s past clients include HP, Smithsonian, and 1440 Multiversity where she produced multi-week brand photoshoots for over 300 participants.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University. When she’s not at work, you can find her meditating on her chase lounge, leaving a trail of spilt coffee around her house, or hiking with her husband and young daughter, Eloise, in the upstate NY woods.
Dani Wasia
Client Services Direcotr (she/her)
Dani Wasia is deeply rooted in the West, growing her passion for social impact work and her love of the mountains in the heart of Bozeman, Montana for the past 15 years. She currently lives in the Seattle area, where she’s a mountain biker, excessive dog-toy purchaser, and partner to her high school sweetheart.
Since joining Full Swing in 2021, Dani has overseen finance and operations as the agency doubled (again) in revenue and tripled the size of the team. Dani is a systems queen who never met an Asana task she couldn’t improve and helps make sure Full Swing team members and clients are set up for success.
Dani graduated Summa Cum Laude from Montana State University in 2020 with degrees in Economics and Political Science. While at Montana State, Dani served as the Senior Associate of the Montana State University Leadership Institute, where she designed, hosted, and emcee’d speaking engagements with Captain Scott Kelly, Sir Ken Robinson, Dr. Tara Westover, and Dr. Paul Farmer (to name a few). She once went head-to-head on political feminist theory with Dr. Michael Sandel.
Dani previously worked with M+R (designing and implementing Initiative 186 to keep mining pollution out of Montana’s rivers and lakes), Powerhouse Montana, and the Montana Racial Equity Project.
In 2019 Dani received recognition from the Forward Montana Foundation as one of Montana’s “25 Under 25.” Dani is a Presidential Scholar and was a finalist for the national Harry S. Truman Foundation Scholarship. She has a side hustle making beautiful jewelry for sale at www.copperpoppydesigns.com.

Kana Oliver
Project Manager (she/her)
Kana came to Full Swing in early 2022 as an intern. After just a month, our leadership team promoted her to PR Coordinator (Publicist) and Project Assistant. Then, within six months, she was promoted again to Project Manager. Because we believe in doing as we say, Kana oversees Full Swing’s marketing and public relations efforts by creating valuable content for our growing audience. She also assists PR Accelerator clients with ghostwriting, content development, and pitching. She’s a whiz at crafting award nominations and pitching clients for speaking opportunities. Her efforts recently helped one client make the Inc. 5000.
Because we want to clone her, Kana is now in charge of Full Swing’s internship program, which includes supervising and mentoring one to three interns at any given time.
Kana is the proud daughter of an immigrant woman solopreneur and loves helping women and other historically marginalized people craft stories that share their expertise and establish their industry credibility. She grew up working alongside her mom, learning the ins and outs of operating a small business.
Kana brings a deep love of community to our team. She has organized and executed auctions to raise over $9,000 in scholarship funds for local students and played a major role in rebuilding her hometown’s playground from the ground up after years of neglect. As a student at The College of Idaho, Kana served two terms as her sorority’s chapter president and vice president, recruiting 30% more members than average (and during the pandemic, no less). She led the implementation of a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Chair at the college in 2020 and is an advocate for transgender women’s and non-binary people’s inclusion in National Panhellenic Sororities. She also amended her chapter’s bylaws to explicitly welcome non-binary members.

Marlene Vences Rendon
Copywriter (she/her)
After watching a couple of episodes of Mad Men in high school, Marlene realized her passion for writing could be an actual career. Born and raised in Nampa, Idaho, Marlene loves midday strolls around downtown, a good latte, and spending time with her sisters and her furry nieces and nephews. Marlene holds media arts and anthropology degrees from the College of Western Idaho. She’s passionate about understanding different cultures and how they relate. While copywriting is her passion, Marlene has also worked as a publicist on affordable housing issues. Marlene loves working with underrepresented leaders in her community to elevate and highlight their voices in the mainstream media.
Lindsay Lodis
Senior Publicist (she/her/hers)
Lindsay met the Full Swing squad in 2020 and watched from afar as the agency grew in personnel and impact. In 2023, she jumped at the chance to join the team as a senior publicist and helps bring leaders who have been unfairly relegated to the nosebleed sections of their industries onto the brightly lit stages where they belong.
Lindsay grew up in Colorado and received her undergraduate degree from Colorado State University where she was a DJ on the college radio station and studied protected area management. Upon graduation, Lindsay played park ranger in a variety of seasonal positions that took her from the Oregon Coast (tidepool ranger!) to Yosemite’s Tuolumne Meadows (wilderness ranger!) to the Peruvian rainforest (resident naturalist in an eco-tourism lodge!).
Ultimately, Lindsay landed at the University of Maine where she earned an M.S. in Forest Resources and an M.A. in Communications. She successfully combined those academic interests as a communications manager at the University of Idaho’s Rangeland Center, then plunged into the wild world of healthcare as the marketing and communications manager for Idaho WWAMI Medical Education.
Lindsay is thoroughly engaged in Boise’s music, yoga, and literary scenes, enjoys the bingeable popcorn + wine TV combo, and stays busy raising two cool kids.

Layne Watkins
Executive Assistant (she/her/hers)
Layne joined the Full Swing team in January of 2023 after falling head over heels in love with Full Swing’s commitment to passing the microphone to “those historically left out of the conversation.” A major part of Layne’s identity was formed as a musician in the Boise, Idaho community. As a band leader, she consistently passed the literal microphone as often as possible to voices that deserved to be elevated and heard.
An Enneagram 2 and a passionate “maximizer,” Layne feels right at home in a supporting role to the Mother Hustlers on this team. A “master of calendars”, she helps free up Caitlin and Holly’s time to do what they love most – spend time with clients and their families. Layne also loves to interact with new folks and has already proven herself to be a warm welcome to many of Full Swing’s new clients.
A Mother Hustler herself, she’s the proud mama to Ivy and Leo – two of the world’s most ferociously funny children. She’s married to Adam, lead singer of Boise’s best synth-pop 80’s cover band. When she isn’t at work or spending time with her family, she’s rearranging furniture, writing music, or snuggling her two Australian Shepherds.
Full Swing’s Anti-Racism Commitment
Full Swing PR aspires to be an anti-racist organization. That means we reject white supremacy and acknowledge how it operates and is supported within our company. We openly discuss the negative impacts of white supremacy and systemic racism with our employees, contractors, clients, and in our communities. We aspire to become more empathetic people and better listeners in our professional relationships, and believe that anti-racism work positively informs all aspects of our business.
Our company invests money and time toward educating our white employees about and donating to BIPOC- and queer-led advocacy organizations. We are committed to continuing to hire BIPOC and members of the LGBTQ+ community as employees, contractors, and vendors. In addition to our hiring practices, we continue to work with BIPOC DEI consultants to help us along this journey. We stand in solidarity with all marginalized groups, and we work to model the change we seek in the world by calling each other in.
